I have this object which I don't know what it is and who or what country made it, it looks silver but it's copper. I need help in identifying this and dating it. Any experts on here anymore that might know.

the 'lappets' design of the edge border suggests a Buddhist connection to me. Nepali or Tibetan perhaps?
